Yes, all our makeup is vegan and cruelty free.

What is your lipstick made of?

A blend of natural ingredients loaded with pigment for rich, vibrant colour. Each lipstick is enriched with shea butter, avocado oil, coconut oil and vitamin E for maximum moisture.

When will I receive my order?

Orders arrive within 7-10 days of order processing. See our shipping policy for more detail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping is a flat rate of $9.00, selectable at checkout.

Are returns free?

Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

My products arrived damaged

Notify us within 3 business days with a photo of everything shipped, including packing materials. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, but Route Insurance is offered at checkout.

The colour isn't the same as I saw online

We try to display our colours accurately, but the shade you see can depend on your monitor, screen resolution and undertones.
